This area is only about 5 blocks long, with 100 House Lots. Some lots are 50' X 250". Only about 3 or 4 homes or condos come up on the market each year. Located north of the 101 Freeway, west of Seaward Ave., and East of Sanjon Road. Pierpont Inn is between Vista Del Mar Drive and Sanjon Road. Most of the homes have a great ocean view from being on a buff about 200 foot above the Ventura Beach.
