In the Ventura Keys (Ventura Marina Homes) there are a mix of houses. Most lots are about 4500 sq foot(45 x 100) and have a 45 foot dockage. However Boat Dock Homes on a outside corner may have 85 foot or larger. Homes on the inside corner may have a shared 30 foot dock. Zip Code 93001 One of the nice things about the Ventura Harbor Area is the ease a person can get to it from the 101, the Ventura Freeway. Ventura keys houses there is no obstruction to the ocean unlike the Oxnard boat dock homes with a 30 foot high (at mean high tide) bridge over the waterway. Ventura harbor homes is a favorite with sailboat owners.
