In the Area of the Ventura Keys (Ventura Marina Homes) there are a mix of homes. There are houses with a small lot, duplexs, apartments and condos. The apartments and condos face Harbor Boulevard. Zip Code 93001 One of the nice things about the Ventura Harbor Area is the ease a person can get on and off the 101 Freeway. About half of the homes in the Ventura Keys do not have a water view or a boat dock. Most lots are about 4500 sq foot (45 x 100).
