"David Walker represented throughout the purchase of 2 homes in 2013. I would say that I put in 12 to 15 offers on properties and looked at many more. He provided computerized leads that fit my criteria. David was very responsive to my requests to look at properties I was interested in. Many times, we looked at properties on the same day, always by the next day or two. As soon as the seller's realtor made a time available, we looked. I was the selected buyer for two properties--multiple offers--that I declined to buy prior to entering escrow. David never gave me the impression that I had somehow not fulfilled my "obligation" to buy when everything fell into place.

To make a long story a little shorter, I have a good deal of confidence in David Walker as a realtor. He can be relied on and he doesn't get discouraged. I will enlist his aid whenever I want to buy or sell again."
