Oxnard Shores is a Beach Neighborhood in Oxnard, California, Zip Code 93035. Oxnard Shores is located East of Mandalay Beach and the Pacific Ocean. South of 5th Street. West of Harbor Boulevard. North of Channel Island Boulevard. Oxnard Shores has the largest Beach lots (40 X 100) of the Ventura County Beaches. The lots are not as large as a normal city (6000 sq. ft.) building lot but larger than most other beach lots. Even with a height restriction of 30 feet there are some Oxnard Shores homes larger than 7000 Sq. Ft. Oxnard Shores contains many nice homes. Ocean Front homes, also can be called Beachfront Homes or Sandfront, Inboard beach homes and affordable Beach Condos and townhomes. Only 1 Oceanfront Condo association but many other associations are near the beach. Their are over 20 smaller Condo Associations with 2, 3, 5, or more units in them. Because the beach homes are larger more families have chose to live at Oxnard Shores.
