EZ Access Homes in Ventura County are on the ground floor or on a floor that has service by an elevator. EZ Access Homes are on one level and have NO Stairs inside with less than 6 stair steps from your car to inside your unit. These units are not necessarily "Handicap Accessible" but are better than the townhome style for the needs of some people.
